Website Privacy Notice

This notice covers this website only — what happens to information you type into it. It is not the practice's Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how Northern Virginia Dental Solutions handles your health information under HIPAA. That is a separate notice: read the Notice of Privacy Practices.

What we collect

If you complete the appointment request form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the reason for your visit, your preferred date, whether you are a new or current patient, any insurance you mention, and any notes you add.

Nothing else is collected. We do not ask for, and the form does not accept, clinical or medical detail — those conversations belong in the practice, not in a web form.

What happens to it

Your request is emailed straight to the practice so the team can call you back. It is not stored on this website and there is no website database holding it. Once it reaches the practice inbox it is handled the same way as any other enquiry the practice receives.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the practice.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing follows you to other websites. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Third parties that see your visit

Two services help the site load, and by their nature they receive your IP address when your browser requests a file from them:

• Google Fonts — supplies the typefaces used across the site.
• Tailwind CDN — supplies the styling.
• Vercel — hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
• SendGrid — delivers your appointment request to the practice by email.

None of these are used to build a profile of you or to advertise to you.

Your choices

You do not have to use the form. Calling (703) 893-1603 reaches the same people and leaves nothing on this website at all.

If you have sent a request and would like it deleted, contact the practice and ask — because the request lives in an email inbox rather than a database, removing it is straightforward.
