Digital X-rays & Comprehensive Exam (20 minutes)
Advanced digital imaging and thorough examination of teeth, gums, and oral health. Everything is explained as we go.
Professional Cleaning (30 minutes)
Gentle, thorough cleaning with polishing and fluoride treatment. We'll teach you optimal home care techniques.
Treatment Planning & Next Steps (15 minutes)
Review findings, discuss any treatment needs, and schedule future appointments. All questions are welcome.

What should I bring to my first dental appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, dental insurance card, list of current medications, and completed new patient forms. If you have recent dental X-rays (within 6 months), please bring those to avoid unnecessary radiation.
How long is the first dental appointment?
Your first appointment with Dr. Julia Lokitis typically takes 60-90 minutes. This includes a comprehensive exam, digital X-rays, professional cleaning, and discussion of any treatment needs. We take time to ensure you're comfortable and all your questions are answered.
Do you accept my dental insurance?
We are in-network with 15 dental plans, including Aetna, Anthem, CareFirst, Cigna, Delta Dental (PPO and Premier), Guardian, MetLife and United Healthcare. The full list is on this page. Call us with the name of your plan and we will verify your benefits before your visit. If we are out-of-network we will still file the claim for you. For treatment your plan does not cover, we arrange a payment plan here in the office — we do not use CareCredit or any outside financing company, so the arrangement is between you and the practice.
Is parking available at your Vienna office?
Yes! We offer free parking directly in front of our office on Maple Avenue. Our ground-floor location is wheelchair accessible and convenient for all patients near Tysons Corner.
